Program Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator is tasked with overseeing a variety of initiatives that range in complexity from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
The Coordinator will collaborate closely with team members throughout each phase of the project to ensure that objectives, quality standards, and timelines are clearly defined and adhered to.
Who You Are:
- Two to three years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience; experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Background in planning, engineering, or design.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive individual with strong project management capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing software and tools for monitoring and analyzing production metrics.
What You'll Do:
- Initiate project kick-offs, lead progress meetings, and manage project closures.
- Create and uphold comprehensive timelines, project documentation, critical milestones, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to synchronize operations and activities across departments.
- Aid in organizing work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to achieve production targets.
- Address production challenges by pinpointing bottlenecks and implementing more effective solutions.
- Assist in coordinating material deliveries for projects.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) to ensure the facility meets departmental objectives and maintains productivity standards.
Team Support:
- Facilitate engagement and alignment among all cross-functional team members regarding technical plans and ensure timely delivery of functional key outputs.
- Maintain consistent communication within the team, stakeholders, and leadership as needed through updates and escalation breakdowns.
- Exhibit the ability to influence without direct authority, fostering collaboration among teams.
- Adapt to operate effectively in a complex, unstructured environment.
- Develop and implement workflow policies and procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency.
