The Inventory Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by facilitating back-end operations and ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from arrival to display and restocking, while adhering to all inventory management protocols.

This role is integral in driving sales performance, achieving key operational metrics, ensuring profitability, and minimizing loss within the store. The Inventory Management Coordinator will also assist the leadership team in overall store operations as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement

Comprehends how the merchandising process influences business outcomes and prioritizes inventory flow and restocking accordingly.

Follows established processing and tagging standards while upholding visual merchandising guidelines.

Facilitates timely execution of product display and other visual merchandising priorities.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of both the sales floor and back-end areas to ensure products are easily accessible and restockable.

Operational Excellence

Effectively manages and executes the inventory flow process, including receipt of shipments, processing, security tagging, and preparing products for display.

Oversees back-end standards and employs decision-making skills to enhance organization and efficiency; ensures all receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas are clean and orderly.

Adheres to safety standards, maintains inventory accuracy, reduces product loss, and upholds all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.

Communication & Collaboration

Shares pertinent information with the leadership team regarding shipments, restocking, and back-end organization to ensure task completion.

Collaborates with store leadership to communicate progress on results while articulating support needs to maximize operational efficiency.

Establishes and maintains a steady pace to uphold inventory flow standards.

Qualifications:


Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the demands of inventory flow (including mornings, evenings, and weekends).

Demonstrated success in leading operational processes and achieving measurable outcomes.

Willingness to learn and develop within the organization.
