Role Overview: At SALTO, we're on a mission to revolutionize access control by replacing mechanical keys with cutting-edge technology. As part of our Core Services team, the Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring our diverse employee base is paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and maintaining payroll for various employee groups across the United States and Canada.
- Calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and preparing direct deposits.
- Updating employee records and ensuring accuracy in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Collaborating with HR, Operations, and Sales leaders to address payroll-related inquiries and ensure seamless payroll operations.
