This position requires flexibility and involves travel to various locations across the United States and potentially Mexico. Benefits Administration: Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including paid time off, health benefits, and retirement plans.
Compensation and Payroll: Direct compensation strategies to maintain competitive pay structures and ensure effective payroll processing.
Training and Development: Encourage ongoing learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- SHRM or HRCI certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to drive change and innovation.
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing sector is preferred.
