Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and overseeing performance management.
Benefits Management: Direct the administration of employee benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.
Compensation Strategy: Oversee compensation frameworks to guarantee competitive remuneration and effective payroll processing.
Training and Development: Encourage ongoing learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- SHRM or HRCI certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive change and innovation.
- Prior experience in the food manufacturing sector is preferred.
