Key ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:
- Ongoing recruitment efforts for various roles,
- Establishing and maintaining both physical and digital employee records,
- Conducting internal and external salary surveys,
- Managing benefits selection and administration,
- Tracking HR metrics,
- Implementing a mentorship program,
- Fostering team member satisfaction,
- Developing employee profiles,
- Conducting performance evaluations,
- Creating and enforcing workplace policies,
- Identifying and addressing employee performance issues,
- Processing payroll.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity,
- At least 3 years of payroll experience,
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
This is a full-time position.
SalaryCompensation ranges from $40k to $60k annually.
