Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR are a plus.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within professional services or legal industries.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide sound advice and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
