Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, someone who is passionate about their work, thrives on responsibility, and is eager for career-defining opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Month-End closing process to guarantee precise and timely financial reporting.
- Reconcile employee benefit accounts and other accrual accounts.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations while analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Conduct regular financial analyses and reporting, identifying trends, variances, and areas for enhancement.
- Prepare Financial Statements for North American entities, including the consolidation of manufacturing and sales companies, adhering to applicable Accounting Standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Sales Use Tax data for monthly filings for U.S. entities.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and human resources, to oversee accounting processes and provide financial insights.
- Participate in Purchase to Pay workstreams as needed.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP and Reporting systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong grasp of financial metrics.
- Exceptional work ethic, resilience under pressure, team-oriented, problem-solving skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
