Overview:

We are seeking an HR Operations Support Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of HR activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Record Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance assessments while adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  2. Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment lifecycle by managing job postings, organizing interviews, and facilitating candidate communications. Prepare necessary documentation and maintain applicant tracking systems.
  3. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, which includes preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation, and managing training schedules. Assist with the offboarding process for departing staff.
  4. Benefits Administration: Aid in the management of employee benefits, including enrollment processes and responding to inquiries regarding health and retirement plans.
  5. Payroll Support: Provide administrative assistance in payroll processing, including data entry, verification of time records, and addressing payroll-related queries.
  6. Employee Relations: Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures, addressing inquiries and facilitating the resolution of concerns.
  7. HR Documentation: Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including policies and employee handbooks, while assisting in drafting internal communications.
  8. Compliance Monitoring: Support the monitoring of compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring that HR policies are updated accordingly.
  9. Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and training sessions for HR staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  10. General Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, processing invoices, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in human resources or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in an administrative capacity, particularly within HR, is advantageous. Familiarity with HR processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software are essential.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial for success in this role.
