Description:

SUMMARY:
Assist upper management with analysis and research regarding policies, practices, procedures, and operations.

This is accomplished by conducting advanced research on best practices; preparing the results of research in presentations for sharing; managing complex projects that can require coordination across departments; formulating, preparing, and monitoring the Department budget; analyzing operating procedures and policies to make recommendations for effectiveness; and serving in a manager capacity when upper management is absent.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university; and one year up to three years of progressively responsible related experience.
