Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of operational and capital plans for the organization and its subsidiaries. This role includes conducting long-term financial projects for executive leadership and performing analyses on product lines and new service offerings, providing strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in standard equipment necessary for executing essential job functions.

Skills and Competencies:
Required English Proficiency: Advanced reading, writing, and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate factual information appropriately. Professional demeanor with a friendly and helpful attitude. Intermediate computer skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the creation of the operational plan in collaboration with administration and directors from various affiliates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain the budgeting system and assist executive management in establishing benchmarks for operational and staffing costs. Provide guidance and technical support to directors in the completion of plan requests, analyzing submissions for executive review.
  • Gather and analyze statistical, financial, and labor hour data, identifying significant variances from planned figures. Distribute comprehensive reports in a timely manner, providing explanations for salary and other discrepancies as part of the financial statements. Maintain current staffing plans by tracking all changes in staffing.
  • Evaluate staffing efficiency and expense utilization by adjusting fixed plans based on actual outcomes, reporting findings through meaningful reports. Maintain productivity systems and provide labor productivity metrics regularly. Generate special reports and analyses for executive management to clarify variances and trends.
  • Complete the annual long-range financial plan and respond to various internal and external requests for financial data accurately and promptly. Update the five-year plan in alignment with strategic objectives and administrative input. Participate in relevant surveys and provide necessary statistics as required.
