Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with global business partners to create data-driven insights and visualizations using Power BI, SQL, and other data tools.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Pre-Advanced English.
Considerations for Top Candidates:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, data science, analytics, or a related field of study.
  • Professional business intelligence or data visualization experience.
  • Experience creating visualization and process automation tools using Power BI, SQL, and other data methodologies.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, Snowflake, and working with transactional databases.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail skills used in reviewing logic between multiple sources to recognize anomalies and recommend corrective action.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
  • 2 or more years of professional-level experience.
  • Business data analysis skills to analyze data sets to identify insights and communicate findings to business partners.
  • Experience doing data science and business intelligence using Python.
  • Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships with diversified departments.
  • Experience in Digital, Aftermarket, Machines, or Commercial related positions.
