Job Title: Security Model Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that digital products are designed, configured, tested, implemented, and supported in alignment with the defined Security Model. This involves evaluating and ensuring that product and process enhancements align with the Security Model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, test, implement, and monitor the Security Model
  • Incorporate new digital products into the company's Security Model
  • Create and use analytics reports to monitor adherence to the Security Model
  • Define, create, and perform user access and audit management tasks
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties on security changes, tasks, and issues
  • Provide application support within the Service Level Agreement expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in IT user support, application analysis, procurement, or related fields
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with Office 365 Application Suite
  • Knowledge and experience in creating and using analytics
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service
  • 2+ years' experience in user access and/or data security
Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Additional Requirements:
