Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of a Senior Technical Systems Analyst is to evaluate and address challenges related to science, engineering, business, and various data processing issues for integration into electronic data processing frameworks.

A typical Senior Technical Systems Analyst engages in assessing user needs, workflows, and operational challenges to enhance or automate existing systems while reviewing computer system functionalities, workflow efficiencies, and scheduling constraints.

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee the testing, upkeep, and evaluation of software applications and systems, including managing the deployment of these systems. Provide guidance to clients regarding their information processing or computational requirements. Advise leadership on current system methodologies and necessary enhancements or recommendations. Supervise the adaptation or enhancement of systems to fulfill new objectives or streamline operations.

Conduct interviews or surveys with personnel, observe job functions, or perform tasks to ascertain what information is processed and the methods employed.

Educate staff and users on utilizing computer systems and applications. This position requires on-site presence at least three days a week.

Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is mandatory. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical Proficiencies:
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SQL, and .NET; advanced understanding of design principles and techniques involved in producing models and diagrams.

Interpersonal Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Proven leadership and mentoring skills are essential for providing support and constructive feedback.

24 months

Remote work with occasional on-site requirements.
