In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.


Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with corporate organization management and talent management philosophy, policies, programs.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to identify learning needs across organization/geographic areas in charge from consultant perspect.
  • Leverage TNA and Employee Engagement Survey findings, develop annual L&D framework for business leaders and employees, and drive plan delivery.
  • Act as internal Consultant for business to design, develop and deliver practical learning solutions to address important management & global topics surfaced as business grows.
  • Update and deliver existing talent management programs throughout employee lifecycles (e.g. leadership programs for leaders at all levels, competency model for professionals).
Minimum Qualifiactions

  • Over 5 years of experience in HR.
In addition, preferably have practical experience in one or two areas below:
HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Management Consulting, Change Management.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects. Experience with regional/global/global project management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while working autonomously.
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
