Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles, with a track record of increasing responsibility in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience in a results-driven HR capacity, engaging with senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
  • Expertise in guiding organizations through talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and coaching.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
