Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR, HR-SAAS, and cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for Workday solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday solutions, including Core HCM, WD Benefits, and WD Comp/Advanced Comp, to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the Workday platform.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure the timely delivery of Workday HR technology initiatives.
- Work with vendors and external partners to evaluate, select, and implement new HR technology solutions, with a primary focus on Workday.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the Workday system.
- Lead system testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the integrity of the Workday system.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, with a strong emphasis on Workday and people technology solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members, sharing Workday expertise.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and maintain data governance and data security standards within the Workday ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in people technology, with a strong focus on Workday solution and implementation.
- Proven expertise in Workday HR technology platforms, including Core HCM, WD Benefits, and WD Comp/Advanced Comp.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align Workday solutions with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute complex HR technology projects, with a specialization in Workday.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools, especially those relevant to Workday.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Workday certification is a plus.
- Experience in change management and process improvement is an advantage.
