Perform data entry of confidential member information into multiple databases
Assist in scheduling appointments, assessments, and home visits as requested by care management staff
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Healthcare or business administration, or equivalent work experience
2 years of office/administrative experience, particularly in high-volume settings with data entry and customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Experience with health care databases and care management software systems preferred
Bilingual skills, fluency in Spanish, is desirable
