Position Overview:
St. Clair County Community College is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Proposal Coordinator in the Public Finance sector. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about education and have a strong background in finance-related proposals.

Classification:
Part-Time, on a semester basis

FLSA Status:
Exempt, Hourly

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience.

General Responsibilities:
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Designing and delivering instructional content related to public finance.
  • Engaging with students and providing academic support.
  • Participating in the development and enhancement of academic programs.
  • Maintaining scheduled office hours for student consultations.

Key Duties:
In this role, you will:
  • Prepare and deliver educational materials, including course syllabi and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Participate in institutional assessment and reporting activities.
  • Adhere to the academic calendar and institutional policies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent graduate coursework.
  • Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
