Job Description

This role of Enterprise Sales Leader entails leading a high-performing sales team for HireVue's Enterprise accounts in North America. As a frontline position, this role is pivotal in meeting customer retention goals and revenue growth targets. A successful leader for this role embodies a passion for success, accountability to targets, and unwavering determination for making an impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Craft a go-to-market plan to ensure the team surpasses monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for engaging Enterprise clients (10,000+ employees).
  • Inspire the sales team to exceed quotas.
  • Recruit and lead a team of sales professionals proficient in selling video interviewing and assessment solutions to top-level buyers.
  • Ensure the team remains focused and achieves their goals.
  • Uphold high customer satisfaction in sales, fulfillment, and relationship management.
  • Devise and execute strategic plans to surpass revenue targets at optimal margins.
  • Evaluate and enhance the efficacy of pipeline management, sales techniques, costs, and outcomes.
  • Champion consultative selling methods through personal example and coaching.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of sales leadership experience in the software as a service (SaaS) or assessment industry, with a preference for Talent Acquisition/Recruitment sector and senior management exposure.
  • Previous experience in Corporate account sales for clients with 10,000+ employees.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and establishing successful client sales teams.
  • Executive presence and proficiency in selling to C-suite executives.
  • Capacity to drive results by elevating revenue and sales efficiency across a region.
  • Track record of building exceptional sales teams.
  • Strategic, dynamic, competitive leader with the ability to structure a high-functioning sales operation.
  • Decisive, analytical thinker capable of adapting to change, making prompt decisions, and delivering results consistently.
