About the Role

This is a senior-level Program/Project Management position that leads complex customer engagements to ensure they meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. The successful candidate will have a deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trends to operate several critical or high-risk technology areas/customer groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate technical knowledge and business acumen to create solutions for customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and consult with team members, other organizations, customers, and vendors on complex issues, fostering collaboration and expertise.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in service delivery, technology, industry, or specific application, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Resolve technical and business incidents independently, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Deliver strategic account support by proactively maintaining high-level technical, operational expertise, and understanding of industry trends, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Review statement of work and manage to customer requirements, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Work with manufacturing teams to plan, build, and ship systems to customers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage projects effectively with competing priorities, balancing scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and grow assigned customer account relationships with complex and strategic accounts, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in the consultant role for customer and company sales teams, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Design and deliver support solutions using specific industry knowledge and expertise, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide suggestions for operational efficiencies, driving process improvement and innovation.
  • Create and deliver contract-related documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead Customer Expectation management as part of escalation process, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Give inputs to operational methods and programs that may affect the business management strategy in a geographic area, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of HPE product portfolio is a plus, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Quarterly, monthly, and/or weekly meetings to manage support, applying project and task management for customer deliverables.
  • Sharepoint management and administration, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ITIL Certified preferred
  • PMP Certified preferred
  • NFPA certification preferred
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years experience in program/project management or in like roles/businesses.
  • Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community.
  • Federal Clearance required, TS/SCI with Polygraph
