Key Responsibilities and Duties

Human Resources and Administration

  • Conduct recruitment and selection of new team members
  • Assist the President/CEO in managing staff performance and development
  • Oversee the implementation of internal policies and controls
  • Facilitate the annual goal-setting and performance review process
  • Address employee relations and performance management issues
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement

Financial Management

  • Collaborate with financial advisors and accounting staff on fiscal matters
