Job Summary:
As the Vice President of Operations, this role is pivotal in overseeing a dedicated team, nurturing client relationships, crafting strategic initiatives, and ensuring that business operations within the designated territory are both efficient and effective.


Key Responsibilities:


- Uphold commitments to performance across all responsibilities, including but not limited to: Client Retention and Satisfaction, Financial Performance and Compliance, Regulatory Adherence, Procurement Standards, Culinary Programs, Human Resources Management, and Marketing Initiatives.
- Drive business success as evaluated by the company scorecard.
- Cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
- Identify and address client needs.
- Communicate account updates and new company initiatives to clients.
- Conduct and/or oversee customer, client, and associate satisfaction assessments.
- Regularly visit clients and operational sites.
- Relay corporate communications and priorities to regional team members and clients.
- Build a high-performing and results-oriented team within the region.
- Ensure effective communication among all team members.

- Ensure that all direct reports take necessary actions to rectify issues at client locations that do not meet corporate satisfaction standards.

- Develop and monitor realistic budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure the region meets financial performance and client expectations.

- Participate in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team, assisting in presentations, aiding in negotiations, and approving final contracts.

- Ensure that Operations Team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

- Guarantee that audits are conducted at all facilities, including but not limited to: Financial and Contractual, Sanitation and Food Safety, and Human Resources Yearly audits.


Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

- 12-15 years of experience in upscale food service, including 10 years in management and five to seven years in multi-unit management.

- Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus despite interruptions.
- Capable of making business decisions based on financial data and reports.
- Knowledgeable in HACCP controls and proper food storage and usage.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret business records and statistical reports.
