You Have:

  • Experience as the primary point of contact for tracking and scheduling short-term and long-term meetings for agency leadership
  • Experience with administrative tasks, such as ensuring packages are signed by agency leadership in a timely manner, making sure leave slips are submitted appropriately, providing agency leadership with office supplies as needed, and assisting agency leadership with basic IT updates and issues as they arise
  • Experience working with senior or executive leadership, including SES-level
  • Ability to anticipate agency leadership’s needs on a day-to-day basis and provide real time support when unexpected issues and challenges arise
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues to manage invitations and higher-level engagements for agency leadership, ensuring they have received the necessary materials to prepare for all upcoming engagements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Associate’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
