Job Overview

Join our team as a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist, providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders and driving key initiatives forward.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of high-stakes meetings and events.
  • Prepare and review critical documents, briefings, and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including Defense Travel System management, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and maintain the Correspondence and Task Management System, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Proofread and edit sensitive documentation to meet DoD standards.
  • Support high-level meetings by tracking agendas, action items, and summaries.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.

Requirements:



  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in government or corporate environments.
  • Active Secret but TS/SCI clearance preferred.
  • Expertise in managing executive schedules, travel, and logistics in secure environments.
  • Proficiency in DTS and CATMS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mastery of MS Office and collaboration platforms.
