ABOUT THE ROLE:


Regal is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who is passionate about the intersection of technology and business operations to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and leadership to support various go-to-market functions. You will refine existing processes, and play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, precise data management, and the implementation and management of automation tools. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and our executive and leadership teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Management: Oversee and manage CRM data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Reporting: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to sales, marketing, and customer success teams, identify trends, and provide insights for improved decision-making.
  • Automation: Implement and manage automation tools and processes to increase team efficiency
  • Process Design: Design, document, and implement sales processes to support go-to-market strategies and ensure processes are scalable and user-friendly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and facilitate inter-departmental communication, i.e. make sure we are on the same page
  • Training: Train team members on new tools, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization

ABOUT YOU:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and other enablement technologies
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and provide insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with various teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on project management and organization

This position is available in New York City.


We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
