Here's where you come in

We're looking for someone to join us part time (20hrs/week) to drive revenue growth by optimising the sales and marketing tech stack, providing data-driven insights to our Commercial teams, and empowering them with effective training and tools.

As well as leading process improvements, you'll ensure the seamless operation of Salesforce and other key platforms to maximize efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Revenue Operations

  • Manage administration of SFDC, including account segmentation, to ensure the commercial teams have efficient and clear data for decision making;
  • Configure SFDC reports to provide clear data to evaluate performance and aid decision making for commercial leaders;
  • Manage all Salesforce flows, building out new flows as business evolves;
  • Lead rev ops process improvements with and through CRO, commercial leaders and wider commercial team;
  • Manage marketing operations (MarOps), generating actionable insights for the commercial teams;
  • Develop and deliver training materials to enable stakeholders to work efficiently with SFDC.

Sales Enablement

  • Onboard new starters in the commercial team, training best practices;
  • Develop and deliver change management enablement materials to reduce the ramp time to new methodologies;
  • Manage data hygiene and team process compliance to maintain efficiency.

Commercial tech stack management

  • Manage our commercial tech (sales, marketing and CS) & budget ensuring a fit for purpose stack for our business needs;
  • Manage administration of various systems, including Chilli Piper, Jiminy, Outreach, and Pardot, to enable efficient running of our commercial team and integrate these systems with others.

Required Capabilities And Experience

Systems expertise

  • Salesforce Certified with 2+ years full-time experience in Salesforce Administration;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and integrate them with others for tech stack administration (e.g. Pardot, Chilli Piper).

Business partnering

  • Analytical thinking, with proactive, continuous improvement mindset, to best enable and partner the commercial teams;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for training and onboarding delivery, and managing process change;
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail.

Tech Stack

  • Negotiation and demonstrated vendor partnering/management skills for tech stack management;
  • Experience of Pardot, Chilli Piper advantageous but not essential.
