The Talent Acquisition Manager, Sourcing will manage the Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing strategies, oversee our externally facing systems and platforms, and deliver a sparked employment brand and candidate experience. Specific duties include: Management of the ATS & Marketing CRM campaigns for Lifespark Complete, Core Operations, and Senior Living. Oversee Lifespark branding on job boards both internal and external. Oversee the external recruitment navigation and establishing the correct Talent Acquisition member for events and market needs. Will Establish and maintain all partnerships for candidate sources. In preparation for market growth, the Talent Acquisition Manager, Sourcing will research and prepare for penetration of Lifespark recruitment into new markets. This including, market analysis, outreach cadence, funnel posting for prep of hiring pipeline, and proposing a recruiting timeline based on facts found in the new market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Design, Creative or related field or Minimum of 1-3 years' equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Talent Acquisition; preferably in the health care industry - 2+ years experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
  • Must have an interest in recruiting healthcare roles
  • Experience with branding and social media
  • Strong project management skills
  • 1 or more years of experience working with a CRM, preferred
  • Must be proficient with technology and technological applications: Windows Laptop, Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Calendaring, Wi-Fi, HRIS, Internet Browsing, Printing
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills required
  • Must possess:
    • ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
    • ability to maintain composure and stay positive in stressful situations
    • ability to be organized and prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
    • ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Must adapt well to changing priorities, instant deadlines, and frequent interruptions
