Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the HR department and the senior management team to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with designing and implementing company-wide recruitment strategies, managing a team, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring and onboarding processes.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  3. Develop and manage job postings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  4. Leverage online recruiting resources to attract and recruit candidates.
  5. Conduct job interviews and aid in decision-making processes.
  6. Manage recruitment records and craft monthly/quarterly reports of recruitment activities.
  7. Mentor and provide direction to the talent acquisition team.
  8. Develop and implement onboarding processes.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  2. 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  3. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  4. Proven track record of formulating and executing a talent acquisition strategy.
  5. Skilled in MS Office and Human Resources Information Systems.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Solid understanding of labor laws and EEOC regulations.
