SAIM is looking for a purposeful, initiative-taking professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer that will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered SaaS solutions within the media industry. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand client needs, demonstrate the technical capabilities of our products, and ensure successful integration. Your expertise in both technology and industry trends will be instrumental in securing new business and helping our clients maximize the benefits of our solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company success by embodying our core values of innovation at speed, customer focus, targeted performance, and being unified as one.

Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, your duties will include:

1. Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of SAIM’s AI-powered SaaS solutions and their applications in the media industry and staying up to date with industry trends and competitor’s offerings.

2. Pre-sale support: Collaborate with sales team to identify potential clients and understand their technical requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight our solutions’ value proposition.

3. Solution Customization: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements. Collaborate with the product development team to suggest enhancements based on client feedback.

4. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, integrations guides, and FAQ’s, to assist clients in the implementation and use of our solutions.

5. Proof of Concept: Coordinate and execute PoC projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions. Ensure successful PoC outcomes that lead to client commitment.

6. Technical Support: Provide post-sales technical support to clients during the onboarding process and beyond. Troubleshoot issues, address client inquiries, and consult with the technical support team when necessary.

7. Training and Education: Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they can effectively use our products. Stay engaged with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.

8. Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product development, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Top Candidates Will Have

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering).

2. Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the SaaS or AI industries.

3. Familiarity with media industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

4. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.

8. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

9. Willingness to travel as required.

10. Relevant certifications or qualifications in AI or related fields are a plus.

Fully remote role with SaymphonyAI Media's Headquarters in Denver, CO.
