Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Technology.
Work Arrangement:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days of in-office presence each week. Specific details regarding accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.
- Conduct both planned and exploratory testing to validate software functionality and data warehousing.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for test plans, test charters, and risk assessments.
- Design and implement automated tests to ensure the application’s fitness and stability.
- Log bugs, issues, and enhancements in the tracking system, while monitoring their status and resolution.
- Provide constructive feedback for the enhancement or modification of designs to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Demonstrated inquisitiveness, diligence, and a sense of humor.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing.
- Familiarity with the SaaS model.
- At least 1 year of experience testing data warehousing or reporting solutions.
- 1+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Katalon Studio or Selenium.
- Proficient in performance testing methodologies.
- Fluency in T-SQL within MS SQL Server.
- Experience in creating clear and useful documentation, including test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience in Scrum project management methodologies.
- Background in advertising or marketing.
