  • Referral program – refer a friend and earn a bonus Purpose The Billing Specialist is responsible for assisting and supporting a team of associates in their daily processing and invoicing of all accounting receivables.Essential Functions
    • Monitors processes to ensure data integrity
    • Assists in the training of new associates on all billing functions
    • Performs weekly audits of staff processing performance, gives appropriate feedback on results and suggests follow-up training
    • Directly responsible for supervising the mailing of all receivables and assures the team is
    • properly recording and tracking the package information
    • Keys in billing details for invoicing to customers
    • Participates in period close processes and works with the team to ensure all deadlines are
    • met
    • Processes credit and re-bills and assists with billing processes
    • Assists with timely and accurate preparation and posting of journal entries
    • Generates a variety of reports to measure processes Reporting Relationship The Billing Specialist reports to the AR Billing SupervisorMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment
      • Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 2 years: o In a technical role: Requires 2 years of finance experience engaged in delivering Accounts Receivable programs o In the industry: 2 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
      • Specialized Training: o (Preferred): training that leads to knowledge of OCR Software operation
      • Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits o Business acumen and also has the mindset required to understand the long-term implications of AR planning and to advance the organizations goals o Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of the business, stakeholders, the employee population and individual circumstances o Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments
