We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Anesthesia Specialist to become part of our team.

In partnership with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused medical care.

New hires may be eligible for a forgivable loan of up to $150,000.00 or $150,000.00 in student loan repayment as an incentive.

At MAPMG, our physicians enjoy a salaried position, eliminating the complexities associated with multiple insurers or fee-for-service models. Our members have seamless access to specialists and medical records, allowing for holistic patient care.

What You Can Anticipate:

Case Mix:
Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open-heart or neurosurgery cases.
Work an average of 40-45 hours per week (annual salary is based strictly on a 40-hour work week, with options for additional pay or time off)
Guaranteed post-call paid day off (no personal leave deducted)
Minimal CRNA supervision

No billing or production pressures

Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
