We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Engagement Manager to join our Community Strategy and Management Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing the partner education and engagement strategies for our creator community programs. You will be responsible for curating comprehensive education materials and working with a cross functional team to manage an editorial calendar across multiple communities, platforms, and global time zones.

Community Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content strategy, curate product education materials, and create content to help creators succeed on Meta platforms.Work with creative vendors and Community Partner Managers to ensure content is as engaging as possible and aligned with program goals.Own and organize editorial calendars to seamlessly distribute content to Community Partner Managers who will share with their communities.Partner with cross-functional teams to build audience understanding through data and research to continuously improve our offerings.Serve as the primary point of contact for the Community Strategy and Management Team as it pertains to content for community programs.Capture content feedback from partner-facing teams, and align on necessary adjustments with stakeholders.Manage communication channels and ensure clear information flow between stakeholders.Stay up-to-date on product updates and features relevant to the audience segment. Develop and maintain partner-facing resources, such as knowledge bases and FAQs. Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Agile and Moves Fast: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently. Demonstrated capacity for learning new processes and tools quickly.Can Work Independently in Ambiguity: Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions in situations with limited information.Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads).Content Development: 3+ years of experience in content development and managing an editorial schedule.Experience to craft clear, concise, and engaging materials for a variety of audiences.Basic Design Skills: Experience working with basic design tools and templates to develop content for social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram.Effective Collaborator:Proven experience to build proven relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and achieving shared goals.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in community management or social media management.Knowledge of the Creator ecosystem.Experience working with third party agencies.About Meta:

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
