About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to oversee and enhance our Velo Insider initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy:

◦ Formulate and enhance the program strategy; ensure alignment with business goals and changing objectives.

2. Program Target Setting & Results:

◦ Establish program goals and metrics, diligently monitor outcomes against the established plan.

◦ Assume full responsibility for performance metrics, including sales, user-generated content, and brand interaction.

3. Program Execution:

a. Engagement and Communication:

Manage the identification, outreach, and qualification of Insiders.

Design and execute onboarding processes, email outreach, and messaging strategies.

Foster engagement with key Velo Insiders to promote community involvement and referral initiatives.

b. Program Design & Refinement:

Develop strategies for reward and incentive frameworks.

Integrate Insider feedback and assess internal feasibility of proposed plans.

c. Monitoring and Reporting:

Maintain a keen attention to detail in the creation and implementation of new initiatives.

Track outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Utilize data analysis to inform strategic program decisions.

d. Content and Resource Management:

Oversee the development of the Velo Insider webpage, including copywriting, brand messaging, design, and content curation.

Create and sustain internal resources, documenting tools and processes utilized.

e. Team Collaboration and Supervision:

Assign tasks and mentor team members to ensure success.

Supervise part-time staff and interns.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related discipline with strong skills in data management, modeling, and analysis.


• Experience in customer-facing roles, with proven client management abilities.


• Exceptional communication skills.


• Background in the transportation sector, particularly in micromobility, is advantageous.


• A broad professional and personal network within the industry; enthusiasm for cycling and urban mobility.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Ability to collaborate effectively within and outside the team.


• Quick to adapt and respond to changing environments.
