***This is a Contract to Hire position***

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our company. This is a challenging, high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations for our Sales and Marketing teams
2. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
4. Manage and optimize resource allocation, project scheduling, development goals/metrics, and KPIs
5. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Sales and Marketing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
7. Leverage data and analytics to drive operational insights and make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years working in a People Management capacity is a must.
2. Strong experience in B2B Marketing and/or B2B Sales. A hands-on background in either capacity will be highly desired.
3. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Outstanding client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
6. Must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
