We represent national clients campaigns, driving daily interactions between clients and consumers, launching product campaigns, and promoting client brands in the local market.
Position: Business Development & Marketing Trainee
As a Business Development Representative, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing team to understand every aspect of our company. By engaging directly with our customer base, you will represent and market products daily. In this entry-level role, you will receive extensive training in customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and essential business skills to meet and exceed weekly sales goals. This position is ideal for individuals aiming to kick-start their careers in business, marketing, and sales.

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute client campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and upper-level management
- Answer customer questions thoroughly
- Track personal and team sales numbers
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred)
Experience: While experience in sales or customer service is preferred, it is not required. All brand representatives will undergo hands-on training with our leadership team.
