Join us as we continue to provide solutions to our customers and the world The Role: Your role as a Business Development Representative is crucial to our growth strategy. We are looking for a strategic individual to drive growth and expand our global market presence, specifically within the decarbonization sector, while partnering with our Outside Sales Engineer team(s) to attract future customers. Collaboration is key in your role as a Business Development Representative. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to ensure the seamless execution of business development strategies. Your regular reports on key performance indicators, market trends, and business development activities will be crucial in this process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial sales, excellent relationship-building skills, solid technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the heating solutions industry. Your Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance our market share. Build and continue developing solid relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Support sales organization through the development of strategic programs and sales campaigns. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Collaborate with technical teams to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the value of our heating solutions. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Requirements: At least 3+ years of experience in business development or in a similar role; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of industrial heating solutions and related technologies is preferred. Create a strategic approach to demonstrate to our partners how our equipment and services support their businesses. Support the sales process, including forecasting and managing customer activities to reach and exceed sales quotas. Leverage our sales and marketing assets to engage prospects effectively and ensure alignment with sales objectives. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to our external future customers while partnering with our internal teams. A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
