This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive Enterprise SDR Residency, which consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales. SDRs are pivotal to the sales cycle by focusing on top-of-funnel activities, including gathering prospect data, educating prospects, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. This role is essential for driving growth and expanding the customer base, making it a key entry point for careers in tech sales.
Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

Being pioneering: As one of the first Business Development Representatives, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and refining our sales engine.
Picking up the phone: People in our industry are busy, but they value speaking with empathetic, knowledgeable individuals like yourself who truly want to help them. You're comfortable making 75+ cold calls a day to generate new business.
Mastering prospecting: Unearth potential customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools. You’re empowered to be scrappy, creative, and autonomous in your approach to prospecting.
Identifying real opportunities: Bring intent and purpose to all that you do. Determine if we can truly bring value to a potential partner.
What We Offer:
Scholarship to our intensive two-week boot camp, followed by a full-time, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners as a W2 Employee.

Salary $65K ($85-$90K OTE)
