Business Development and Sales Representative

At JT Solution Partners, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new clients in the property management sector, focusing on property owners looking for effective management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and close new business opportunities by developing strategic partnerships with property management companies, maintenance, repair, and related service providers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Network expansion: build and develop relationships with business sources, including agents, brokers, and vendors, to create new opportunities and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets.
