Location: Indianapolis, IN. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The HR Services Coordinator will be responsible for processing and responding to associate and management inquiries regarding human resources benefit and payroll issues received by the HRSolutions Center (HRSC). This level is typically competent to answer and research more limited or basic types of questions.

How you will make an impact:

Receives incoming HRSC calls and emails and responds to inquiries regarding payroll and benefit issues, practices and policies and interprets same for associates and management. Researches transaction and benefit and payroll issues, using a variety of databases and software.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
