  • Process loan documentation and ensure accurate title information
  • Communicate with borrowers regarding returned payments and provide timely updates
  • Manage loan adjustments and ACH payments on a daily basis
  • Assist with loan insurance processes, including renewals, cancellations, and new policies
  • Track and pay invoices for loans or lines of credit
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls and inquiries
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or handling loans
  • Associate's degree or equivalent, and/or 4 years of job experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
