Training and Development Specialist

What You’ll Do

Assess individual and organizational training and employee development needs by partnering with leaders to develop and implement programs Review already available training and verify that the information is correct and reflects current practices and standards Create training materials and programs to address specific business objectives by delivering e-learning courses, job shadowing, careers plans, workshops, and other trainings Implement and ensure the successful running of company-wide introductions for new employees Develop and implement top-tier onboarding experience for incoming employees Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programs Keep up-to-date on the latest training trends and career development pathways Create a talent pipeline by tracking individual career development, working with managers to foster talent to retain employees

What You’ll Need

Bachelors degree, with proven experience in training and development Knowledge of effective learning and development methods Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Ability to learn new software programs and systems Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with varying seniority levels, including colleagues, managers, and external partners
