Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $38-$43/hour- based on experience

What’s a typical day as an HR Specialist? You’ll be:
• Ensuring proper tracking and management of headcount data
• Triage intake discussions for all idea cards with headcount impact
• Partnering with Finance, Strategy, and HR to front-end the process
• Developing and implementing a new enterprise-wide referral program
• Providing project management support to HR leadership and senior leaders
• Tracking and reporting headcount data
• Capturing cost savings by involving HR in conversations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are pursuing a Master's Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
• Have 5-7 years of HR/Project management experience
• Are highly motivated and eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR field
• Have previous HR work or internship experience (preferred)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail and presentation skills
• Have strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
