Orion Group is hiring an HR Data Specialist for our pharmaceutical client in North Chicago

HR Data Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and lead projects and knowledge migration activities to closely ensure all internal customer expectations are continuing to be met or exceeded
    * Review and provide feedback on knowledge content
    * Ensure images and links within content are migrated correctly to new platform
    * Experienced in knowledge content activities for HR documentation and employee facing content for Knowledge Management and Portal systems
    * Partner closely with global/regional knowledge stakeholders to ensure all content is created and/or updated in a timely and accurate manor to meet the needs of all content campaigns and stakeholders
    * Partner with specific regional and country content stakeholders to ensure specific regional and country content is accurate and ready for migration
    * Partner with Project Advance leadership team to identify all risk and actions needed in a timely manner to ensure project remains on track
    * Support system migration activities for knowledge
    * Assist with system testing for all knowledge management functionality

HR Data Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good communication/stakeholder management
    *Attention to detail
    *Background in knowledge management tools / systems
    *Adhere to timelines
  • ServiceNow HRSD experience
