As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects focused on digital modernization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to production, and ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. You will leverage your experience to effectively allocate resources, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and mythologies, driving efficiency and excellence in delivering impactful solutions to advance the understanding and treatment of infectious diseases.

You Have:
10+ years of experience as a technical project manager
3+ years of experience working with the Federal Government
Experience with leading and managing digital modernization project teams effectively, providing clear direction, and support
Experience leading capture and proposals, including an understanding of pricing strategy
Ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with managing projects under Time and Material (T&M) contracts
Ability to pay strict attention to details in all project activities, including planning, executing, monitoring, reporting, and allocating resources
Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members
Possession of excellent leadership skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
