• Clearly communicate technology and product positioning to both executive business stakeholders and technical users.

Required Experience & Skills:
• At least 12 years of experience in delivering enterprise technology solutions for large corporations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Hospitality or Travel industry.
• Experience managing programs with annual revenues exceeding $5 million, including international teams.
• Proven track record of leading teams of over 50 members to achieve delivery goals, objectives, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Self-driven with a strong history of technical problem-solving and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional business, analytical, and financial skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading agile teams to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities in written formats such as emails, proposals, and statements of work.
• Highly organized with the capability to overcome challenges through innovative and flexible approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
