Senior Technical Program Manager

Zoominfo is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management office. In this highly visible, strategic role, you will play a key role in driving the success of multiple enterprise and product priorities by leading and managing cross-functional efforts. We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in aligning systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of technical programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals by managing cross-functional teams and a large number of stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to delivery and manage dependencies throughout the project.Collect requirements and ensure plans are well defined, clearly documented, and agreed to by all relevant stakeholders.Train and mentor teams around Agile/Scrum processes, and implement program and Agile best practices on the team to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.Provide program updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.Raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties in a timely and organized manner.Foster clear communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Ensure that information flows smoothly between different teams and departmentsHelp establish, nurture, and drive best-practice standards and processes across the TPMO.What You Bring:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field10 + years of Technical program management experience in a SaaS/BtB environment with a consistent track record of successful program deliveries and implementationsExpertise in using productivity tools (ex: Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting5 + years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologyExtensive experience and working knowledge of SaaS application developmentAbility to identify underlying issues, influence without formal authority, and facilitate team building collaborationExperienced in regularly reporting program status to C-level executives and initiating change management negotiationsSkilled in simultaneously orchestrating the work of designers, product teams, engineering, and operationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholdersStrategic thinking with a passion for innovation and technologyPMP and/or PgMP certifications preferred#LI-EB
