About the team

TikTok is seeking a motivated and eager HR Operations Coordinator to support our Human Resources Operations team in the US. The HR Operations team at TikTok helps ensure strong quality, experience, and process for the Lifecycle Operations function. We support the employee lifecycle journey from hire to separation, including onboarding, job status changes, time keeping, data and reporting, and offboarding. This is a full-time role that can be located in our New York City, NY, Austin, TX, or Los Angeles, CA offices. Responsibilities:- Accurate data entry and reporting by utilizing a number of HR systems such as Workday.- Coordinate high volumes lifecycle operations processes (. Onboarding, Off-boarding, Job status changes, efficiently and quickly.- Complete routine data audits between Workday and other systems to ensure highest level of data integrity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Day 1 and new employee orientation.- Provide first level HR operations support to resolve employee and stakeholder inquiries and issues.- HR related projects as assigned in areas of administration, compliance, operations, and employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum of 1-2 year of HR related coordination and/or administrative experience working with fast-paced, high-volume, ticketing systems and request.- Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action that thrives on solving tough challenges.- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.- Strong PowerPoint/ Slide Deck building skills, including the ability to create and communicate professional presentations.- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly. - BA/BS degree required. Preferred Qualifications- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage shifting priorities.- Familiarity with Canada Lifecycle Operations is a plus.- Great teammate, willingness to help where and when needed and go above and beyond.
