Responsibilities:
• Conducting employee onboarding and organizing training and development programs.
• Implementing and administering employee policies.
• Managing employee relations and handling workplace conflicts when required.
• Processing payroll accurately and maintaining relevant employee documents.
• Overseeing employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they meet legal requirements.
• Implementing performance review procedures such as annual, bi-annual, and quarterly reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with FMLA and managing employees' leaves appropriately.
• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
• Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
• Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
• Ensuring all HR practices are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.• Proven experience as an HR Generalist for a minimum of 5 years
• Proficiency in the use of Paylocity and monday.com
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Employee Relations Investigations
• Familiarity with FMLA regulations and practices
• Strong understanding of Benefit Functions within an HR context
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience in handling Employee Relations within a diverse workforce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
